Recent Engagements

DXC

Working with a multinational American based private bank on a large migration of an in-house developed business application management tool and GUI into ServiceNow. As the senior engagement consultant on the project, my role mainly focuses on understanding the business processes run on the in-house platform and how those can be transformed to run on ServiceNow applications using ITIL principle. I have designed a solution being built by DXC which includes use of the CMDB, ITSM and custom app which will support the bank in gradually transforming their processes but also allow them to migrate current processes, data, and tooling into ServiceNow and move away from unsupported legacy technology

Devoteam

My role as a lead consultant encompasses continued customer engagement and project delivery as in my previous role, as well as additional management responsibilities. At Devoteam I have helped to drive new practices and delivery standards which have greatly improved output from the team. As the resident ITBM/SPM and platform expert, I provide credible solutions to both customers and internal teams working on projects which are always aligned to best practices. I have developed key standards such as naming conventions, agile delivery practices, coding practices and knowledge repositories; all of which have driven high quality work from my team

Unifi

My role stretches the project lifecycle from presales consulting through to go-live support and managed support. I lead delivery and manage moderate to large scale projects and deal with customer engagement and stakeholder management. I am responsible for managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring technical delivery satisfies customer requirements and follows best practice. I utilise my technical skills to deliver exceptional ServiceNow functionality. I also design large implementations and lead technical teams. I ensure great customer experience during the project lifecycle and follow up with further service sales. I have managed both the project and technical design and implementation for ITSM + CMDB, CSM and ITBM
