Working with a multinational American based private bank on a large migration of an in-house developed business application management tool and GUI into ServiceNow. As the senior engagement consultant on the project, my role mainly focuses on understanding the business processes run on the in-house platform and how those can be transformed to run on ServiceNow applications using ITIL principle. I have designed a solution being built by DXC which includes use of the CMDB, ITSM and custom app which will support the bank in gradually transforming their processes but also allow them to migrate current processes, data, and tooling into ServiceNow and move away from unsupported legacy technology
